R&D/Applied Research Center (ARC)
NSF provides custom research and development (R&D) services across all major industries through our Applied Research Center (ARC). ARC establishes strategic partnerships with academia, industry and regulatory bodies for research and development projects geared to furthering public health in water safety, food safety, pharma, sustainability and consumer goods.
ARC provides research, contract method development, testing, consulting in chemistry, microbiology, toxicology, laboratory quality/management, methods training and human health risk assessment.
The ARC team performs confidential research and development analyses and can validate manufacturer and environmental claims. These value-added services enable NSF customers to efficiently and economically improve product marketability.
