2-Part Webinar Series: Principles of Internal Auditing; Fee: $400.00; This 2 part/3 hour sessions will introduce and educate food manufacturing/processing employees to auditing principles and techniques.  The focus is on internal auditing, an independent, objective activity designed to add value and improve an organization’s operations. An internal audit program is required by all of the Global Food Safety Initiative approved standards (BRC, SQF, IFS, FSSC22000, etc.).  An online exam will be available after your training has been completed.  Pre-Requisites: Recommend Prerequisite Program for Food Safety Systems and HACCP Manager Training.
