Conducting Cleaning and Sanitizing is a two-sided card that includes information on cleaning, sanitizing, protecting, manual and mechanical dishwashing, and master cleaning schedules. This is an excellent tool for trainers, a great tool to use to freshen up your knowledge while preparing for a certification exam. The Food Safety Knowledge Area Guides were created by Environmental Health Testing in collaboration with Steven Sklare, REHS/RS, CP-FS, LEHP an industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience in the field and in the classroom.
