Course Objective

By the end of this program, you will acquire the following skills and knowledge:

  • Define shelf-life and influencing factors and the concept of shelf life and expiry dates
  • Evaluation method for shelf-life testing and employing appropriate testing methods in assessing product quality and longevity
  • Sensory attributes and product shelf-life and interpret sensory data
  • Accelerated shelf-life testing approaches and how to predict how a product will perform
