Jessica Evans has 16 years of experience in facilitating the development of voluntary standards across a variety of industries, including dietary supplements, drinking water treatment devices, food safety and sustainability. She leads a team that develops and maintains American National Standards Institute (ANSI) standards and NSF protocols, and a suite of consensus-based Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) auditing standards in partnership with the Global Retailer and Manufacturer Alliance (GRMA).

Ms. Evans also helped promote and facilitate voluntary consensus standards and conformity assessment systems, working to protect and improve human health and the environment. Additionally, she helped lead the way to establish several innovative sustainability standards, including environmental and corporate social responsibility performance criteria for computer servers (NSF/ANSI 426: 2018) and product sustainability performance criteria and corporate performance metrics that exemplify sustainability leadership for photovoltaic modules (NSF/ANSI 457: 2017).

Previously, Ms. Evans was a business unit manager for NSF’s nonfood compounds program and a group leader in NSF’s dietary supplements program.
