• Protein specific audits: Beef, pork, chicken, egg
  • Animal Health and Welfare Standards at Slaughter – Beef, Pork and Chicken
  • Animal Health and Welfare Standards – Laying Hens (Egg)
  • GMP, Traceability, HACCP – Beef, Pork and Chicken
  • Microbiological Standards – E. coli and BSE (Beef).
