NSF P404: Gluten-Free Has Been Updated

NSF P404, the protocol that sets the requirements for gluten-free certification through NSF, was updated in April 2019. The 2019 version includes additional and revised language to provide clarity and transparency. These changes are not expected to impact the status or compliance of any existing NSF gluten-free certified products. NSF will notify customers if any additional information or clarification is needed. Please contact your NSF account manager for gluten-free certification with any questions.
