NSF Wins Several SOFHT Awards
The Society of Food Hygiene and Technology (SOFHT) has named NSF Company of the Year at its prestigious SOFHT awards ceremony. Each year, SOFHT celebrates excellence in the food industry and its associated industries. Three NSF staff members also received individual recognition: Tony Higginson as Best Auditor, Claire Spencer as Best Food Technologist and Alison Mellor as a finalist in the food technologist category.
The Best Company win recognizes NSF’s success in bringing to market innovative services that include EyeSucceed, the revolutionary smart glasses remote audit and training solution, and Clearview, the assurance scheme designed to assure safe and ethical working conditions for workers worldwide. The judges also cited NSF’s dedication to its mission to improve human health and to continuous improvement of its services to clients.
The Best Auditor award recognizes demonstrated continued excellence in auditing knowledge, objectivity and pragmatism and in ensuring ongoing conformance with recognized audit standards. The Best Food Technologist award recognizes outstanding or significant contributions in a particular field of work.
