The NSF HealthGuard™ Certified Food Protection Manager Preparatory Training Manual is designed to prepare food managers for any of the nationally recognized Food Manager Certification examinations. Optimum results are achieved when combined with the NSF HealthGuard™ Certified Food Protection (CFP) Manager Preparatory Training program.
This course book is designed for food managers in the foodservice, hospitality, grocery, retail, school, hospital, institutional, correctional facility, food supplier and food distributor industries where food safety is a critical responsibility.

You will find your course material and homework/exam on the eLearning portal. You will need to access the portal in order to successfully complete the course and print your certificate. Upon successful course completion, you will gain access to print your official NSF Certificate.

Prerequisite
This course includes a pre-course assignment that will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Please have your completed assignment with you for the training.
